Workout Wednesday

Every blogger has blogger resolutions and two of mine are about to be combined into one post! One of them was to make a health tab on the blog and the second was to join more blogger challenges and blogger groups! I joined a Blogger WLW (a twitter/blogspot workout group/chat) and I'm excited to post some health tips. They won't all be workouts, but sometimes health recipies, foods and drinks to try (besides the major one, water) and apps. This post is about apps! I was inspired to write it because I used both while writing this! Yes while. One rep then one parapgraph! Progress right there! 
When all of the new workout apps came out for everryone's New Year's Resolutions, I jumped on them and downloaded a few. Ive cut down how many I use on my phone to the Nike Training app and the Six Pack app.

The Six Pack app is great for anyone who doesn't want to leave their house but still wants rocking abs. The free version has 1 level which takes you through 10 days and then if you want to continue, you cn buy the full version for $4.99. I really enjoy this app because I can use it while doing homework or writing blog posts, and it starts me off easy then gets progressively harder. Its a good ab training app and if you do the workouts right it really can help tone the tum. It even shows you how to position and do the exercises BEFORE you do them!

Everyone across the globe has been talking about the Nike Training app and I am going to add another raving opinion to the mix. This app is kickass. Its got everything in one. Whether you want to get lean, strong, toned, or focused, its got it all. Once you sign in with your Nikr account the app goes into full motion. I'm on the beginner level of the get lean program because its designed for someone who can't workout everyday. This app is designed for all groups and types of people, instead of the typical designed for one person app. For anyone looking you get in shape but still not leave your house to go workout, this is your app. My program has a 3 mile run (oh what joys) so I will be heading outdoors to do that running! Who doesn't love running on the lovely Atlanta tundra?
