Imagine Day 2: My Outfit

So remember last week when I went to Imagine Festival and I wrote about the amazing time I had? Well if you don't read about that here, and if you do, maybe you'd want to know what I wore to jam out in! 

(Sort of) New Hair Bits: Crown & Glory Earth Wind and Fire Flower Crown

This item is sort of new, but sort of old. I've just gotten into wearing flower crowns this summer, after realizing how cute they actually were, and this one from Crown & Glory is the first I ever had!! I'd won it in  a contest they ran a while ago, but I just never got around to wearing it for real!! 

Trend Lowdown: High-Waisted Bikinis

Its summertime again, which means you're breaking out those bikinis again ladies!! But what if :

a) you aren't super comfortable with your body image (which you shouldn't be because every body is BEAUTIFUL, so cross this off your reasons why not to wear a bikini list. Anyone can wear one)

b) you don't like bikinis

c) your old one is old and worn, and its time for a new one

d) you just want a new bikini

e) you're having severe nostalgia back to the 1970's 

well you're in luck. High waisted bikinis are in style and ready to rock the beaches this year!!

(Not) Coachella Bound??

Unless you don't follow a single soul on Instagram who follows a blogger or even went to Coachella, I can promise without a doubt that your Twitter/Instagram feeds were COVERED in Coachella and its awesomeness. Coachella began in 1999 and it has been a major event for years, primarily the last 3-4, for celebrities and bloggers alike. Coachella brings out the hippie boho person in us all, and its the best time for people to experiment with fashion trends and  think for a few days that you are a hippie. Who doesn't love that?!?!?

The Liebster Award!!!

So a few days ago I woke up to a lovely comment on my blog saying that I was nominated for a Liebster Award. I've been seeing these going around for a few months, and I've always been wondering, "Well how do you get nominated??" and the lovely Briana from Sequin Gowns and Mermaid Crowns nominated me for one (Big love and thank you so much for this :) !!)

So since I went to the fair with a friend this weekend, I asked her if it was okay if she was on my blog, and if I could take pictures of her outfit when we went! She said yes, so its double trouble from the two of us this week!
